The company also reported its third-quarter financial results today.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The total value of the deal is $1 billion.<\/li>\n<li>The deal is expected to close by early 2011.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Boob Burke, President and CEO of Art Technology Group Inc., said that over 1,000 global enterprises rely on the company\u2019s solutions to help increase the value of their online customer interactions. Burke said that the combination of Oracle and Art Technology will enhance the ability to bring all their commercial activities together, creating a more consistent and relevant experience for their customers.<\/p>\n<p>For the third quarter of 2010, Art Technology Group reported a 16% increase in revenue to $50.3 million. The company\u2019s product license bookings increased 37% to $14.2 million.
