Preliminary data from the SAD trial segment demonstrated ACH-2928 was well tolerated at all doses evaluated up to and including the maximum dose of 500 mg.<\/p>\n<p>There were no serious adverse events, no clinically significant changes in vital signs, electrocardiograms, or laboratory evaluations.
