The company has also announced its outlook for the entire  year. URS Corporation said that its Q3 net income increased 9 percent.  The increase has been attributed to higher revenue and lower costs.<\/p>\n<ul type=\"DISC\">\n<li>URS Corporation    reported its Q3 net income at $70.4 million or 87 cents per share.<\/li>\n<li>The company had    earned $64.8 million or 79 cents in net income during the third quarter    of the last year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>URS Corporation  also reported 1 percent increase in revenue. The quarterly revenue for  the company stood at $2.34 billion, up from $2.32 billion. The company  also charged $25 million or 18 cents per share for one time non cash  impairment charges. The charges are related to a road project joint  venture in California.<\/p>\n<p>The company  was expected to declare its earnings per share at 86 cents. Analysts  had pegged their revenue estimates at $2.48 billion. The company expects  its full year revenue to be between $9.3 billion and $9.5 billion.
