The previously announced Snapdragon will be nowhere in comparison to the next generation of these snapdragon chips when they come out in 2011.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"more-2047\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>These chips are based on a 28 nm dual core fabrication technology and are stated to run on 75% less power, with 5 times more performance than its predecessor.<\/p>\n<p>These chips will be essential for smart phone manufacturers to impart the power of a gaming console into cell phones. These chips are also being projected for use in tablets and net books.
