(NASDAQ<\/a>:BIIB<\/strong><\/a>) and Pegasystems Inc<\/strong>. (NASDAQ<\/a>:PEGA<\/strong><\/a>) which have created a niche for themselves in the international markets. Washington D.C ranks second due to its strong aviation and software backbone. The home of major companies such as AAPL<\/strong>(NASDAQ:AAPL<\/strong><\/a>) and Facebook, California is just down the list.<\/p>\n
