Although some euro zone leaders are skeptical about Greece\u2019s ability to implement the measures, the debt-laden country is likely to secure additional bailout funds and avert a messy default.<\/p>\n<p><!--mfunc adshow_display_ad_file_v2(array('ad_random_1.txt'), array(100), array('align' => 'float right', 'clear' => '', 'margin_top' => '', 'margin_bottom' => '', 'padding_top' => '', 'padding_bottom' => ''), array(), array()) --><\/p>\n<div style=\"float:right;margin-left:5px;\"><script type=\"text\/javascript\"><!--\ngoogle_ad_client = \"ca-pub-1408583772585547\";\n\/* SMW - in News 300 *\/\ngoogle_ad_slot = \"5684630733\";\ngoogle_ad_width = 300;\ngoogle_ad_height = 250;\n\/\/-->\n<\/script><br \/>\n<script type=\"text\/javascript\" src=\"http:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/show_ads.js\">\n<\/script><\/div>\n<p><!--\/mfunc--><\/p>\n<p>Investors\u2019 sentiment was also lifted this week by some solid U.S. economic data, including strong labor market. According to report released by the Labor Department on Thursday, initial jobless claims fell unexpectedly in the latest week.<\/p>\n<p>The euro zone also reported some positive economic data this week. Earlier in the week, France and Germany, the two biggest euro zone economies, reported better than expected GDP data. While Germany\u2019s economy contracted less than forecast in the fourth quarter, France\u2019s economy grew unexpectedly in the fourth quarter. However, the euro zone economy as a whole contracted in the fourth quarter.<\/p>\n<p>For the week ended Friday, the <a href=\"https:\/\/thestockmarketwatch.com\/markets\/dowjones\/today.aspx\">Dow Jones<\/a> rose 1.16%, the S&amp;P rose 1.38%, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/thestockmarketwatch.com\/markets\/nasdaq\/today.aspx\">Nasdaq<\/a> rose 1.65%. The <a href=\"https:\/\/thestockmarketwatch.com\/markets\/dowjones\/today.aspx\">Dow Jones<\/a> is now close to the psychological 13,000 mark. All sectors in the <a href=\"https:\/\/stockmarketwatch.com\/markets\/sp500\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"3\" title=\"snp500 today\">S&amp;P 500<\/a> rose for the week ended Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Among the major movers for the week were Bank of America Corporation (<a href=\"https:\/\/thestockmarketwatch.com\/stock.aspx?stock=BAC\">NYSE: BAC<\/a>), which fell 0.62%, Apple Inc. (<a href=\"https:\/\/thestockmarketwatch.com\/stock.aspx?stock=AAPL\">NASDAQ: AAPL<\/a>), which rose 1.76%, and Microsoft Corporation (<a href=\"https:\/\/thestockmarketwatch.com\/markets\/nasdaq\/today.aspx\">NASDAQ<\/a>: MSFT), which rose 2.48%.<\/p>\n<p>Investors are now waiting for the all important euro zone finance ministers meeting on Monday.
