<\/a>JDA Software Group<\/strong> (NASDAQ:JDAS<\/strong><\/a>) and Google (NASDAQ:GOOG) have partnered to release a tool that will help retailers to share with Google (NASDAQ:GOOG) their store details, inventory and the product list. <\/span>There were rumors of Google (NASDAQ:GOOG) taking over Groupon, which turned out to be false. Instead Google is following in the lines of Groupon and possible taking it a few steps further.<\/p>\n

This tool will give shopkeepers and customers information about the products they are searching for on Google (NASDAQ:GOOG) product search and google.com<\/a>. This will give local shoppers more exposure and set them apart from other shopkeepers. This is an attempt by Google (NASDAQ:GOOG) to make online shopping experience more simple and lead to more foot traffic.<\/p>\n
