Meanwhile, <a href=\"https:\/\/thestockmarketwatch.com\/metal\/silver-price.aspx\">silver prices<\/a> have also slipped in trading today.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"more-26684\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/thestockmarketwatch.com\/metal\/gold-price.aspx\">Spot gold<\/a>\u00a0edged down more than 1 percent to a four-month\u00a0low of $1,586.74 an ounce thereby extending its Tuesday\u2019s 2-percent slide from the previous session.
