(<a href=\"https:\/\/thestockmarketwatch.com\/stock.aspx?stock=AGYS\">Nasdaq: AGYS<\/a>)<\/strong>, a leading developer and marketer of proprietary enterprise software, services and solutions to the hospitality and retail industries, today announced unaudited financial results for the fiscal 2012 fourth quarter and full year ended March 31, 2012.<\/p>\n<p><strong>AGYS &#8211; Summary Fiscal 2012 Fourth-Quarter Unaudited Financial Results From Continuing Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Total net revenue grew 11% to $52.0 million, compared with $47.0 million in the same prior-year period.<\/li>\n<li>Restructuring and related charges were $5.3 million. Asset impairments and related charges reflecting the accelerated amortization of developed technology and related customer liabilities totaled $9.7 million.<\/li>\n<li>Loss from continuing operations was $18.0 million, or ($0.83) per share, versus the loss of $7.5 million, or ($0.33) per share for the same period in fiscal 2011.<\/li>\n<li>Net loss narrowed to $17.0 million, or ($0.78) per share, from the loss of $45.0 million, or ($1.98) per share, for the same period in fiscal 2011.<\/li>\n<li>Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) from continuing operations for the period, which excludes interest, taxes, depreciation, amortization, the impact from revisions to prior-period financial statements and non-recurring charges, was a loss of $2.4 million, compared with a loss of $1.8 million a year ago. Reported revenue and gross profit in fiscal 2012 include a negative adjustment of $0.7 million and $1.3 million, respectively, related to periods prior to fiscal 2012.<\/li>\n<li>Loss from continuing operations was $34.2 million, or ($1.53) per share, compared with the loss of $23.0 million or ($1.01 per share) for fiscal 2011.<\/li>\n<li>Net loss narrowed to $22.8 million, or ($1.02) per share, from the loss of $55.5 million, or ($2.44) per share, last year.<\/li>\n<li>Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) from continuing operations for the period, which excludes interest, taxes, depreciation, amortization, the impact from revisions to prior-period financial statements and non-recurring charges, was a loss of $4.6 million, compared with the loss of $10.2 million last year.
