KFY &#8211; Pleased with results for the fiscal year and overall progress in making the brand synonymous with talent management"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><script type=\"text\/javascript\"><!--\ngoogle_ad_client = \"ca-pub-1408583772585547\";\n\/* SMW - News Links *\/\ngoogle_ad_slot = \"3490797620\";\ngoogle_ad_width = 468;\ngoogle_ad_height = 15;\n\/\/-->\n<\/script><br \/>\n<script type=\"text\/javascript\" src=\"http:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/show_ads.js\">\n<\/script><\/p>\n<p><!--Ad Injection mfunc mode ad include code--><!--mfunc include_once('\/mnt\/Target01\/327806\/www.thestockmarketwatch.com\/web\/content\/stock-market-news\/wp-content\/plugins\/ad-injection\/adshow.php') --><!--\/mfunc--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Korn\/Ferry International (<a href=\"https:\/\/thestockmarketwatch.com\/stock.aspx?stock=KFY\">NYSE: KFY<\/a>)<\/strong>, a premier global provider \u00a0of talent management solutions, announced near record FY\u201912 fee revenue of $790.5 million compared \u00a0to fee revenue of $744.3 million in FY\u201911.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>FY\u201912 fee revenue increased $46.2 million, or 6%, to $790.5 million from $744.3 million in FY\u201911.<\/li>\n<li>FY\u201912 diluted earnings per share was $1.15 and excluding separation and restructuring charges, net, adjusted diluted earnings per share was $1.19 in FY\u201912.<\/li>\n<li>Cash and marketable securities increased $48.6 million, or 13%, to $417.7 million as of April 30, 2012, in comparison to $369.1 million as of April 30, 2011.<\/li>\n<li>Fee revenue from industrial, consumer goods, and life sciences\/healthcare sectors, increased in FY\u201912 compared to FY\u201911, offset by declines in the financial services and technology sectors.<\/li>\n<li>Fee revenue in Futurestep and LTC services grew 26% and 16%, respectively, from FY\u201911 to FY\u201912, further substantiating the success of our diversified model.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201cI am pleased with our results for the fiscal year and our overall progress in making the Korn\/Ferry \u00a0brand synonymous with talent management,&#8221;
