(<a href=\"https:\/\/thestockmarketwatch.com\/stock.aspx?stock=WGO\">NYSE:WGO<\/a>)<\/strong>, a leading United States (U.S.) recreation vehicle (RV) manufacturers, reported financial results for the Company&#8217;s third quarter of Fiscal 2012 and first nine months of Fiscal 2012.<\/p>\n<p>Revenues for the third quarter of Fiscal 2012 ended May\u00a026, 2012 were $155.7 million, an increase of 14.9 percent, versus $135.6 million for the third quarter of Fiscal 2011.\u00a0 Included within consolidated revenues was $16.4 million associated with towable products, compared to $7.2 million for the third quarter of Fiscal 2011.\u00a0 The Company reported an operating profit of $3.5 million for the quarter versus $538,000 for the third quarter of Fiscal 2011.\u00a0 Net income for the third quarter was $3.9 million versus $1.2 million for the third quarter of Fiscal 2011.\u00a0 On a diluted per share basis, the Company had net income of $0.13 for the third quarter of Fiscal 2012 versus $0.04 for the third quarter of Fiscal 2011.<\/p>\n<p>WGO Revenues were higher in the quarter as compared to the prior year primarily due to an increase in wholesale deliveries of towable products and the increase in average selling price for all RV products due to the mix of higher priced products delivered.\u00a0 The third quarter of Fiscal 2012 gross margin was positively impacted by better fixed cost absorption due to higher production levels as compared to the prior period.<\/p>\n<p><!--Ad Injection mfunc mode ad code--><!--mfunc adshow_display_ad_file_v2(array('ad_random_1.txt'), array(100), array('align' => 'float right', 'clear' => '', 'margin_top' => '', 'margin_bottom' => '', 'padding_top' => '', 'padding_bottom' => ''), array(), array()) --><\/p>\n<div style=\"float:right;margin-left:5px;\"><script type=\"text\/javascript\"><!--\ngoogle_ad_client = \"ca-pub-1408583772585547\";\n\/* SMW - in News 300 *\/\ngoogle_ad_slot = \"5684630733\";\ngoogle_ad_width = 300;\ngoogle_ad_height = 250;\n\/\/-->\n<\/script><br \/>\n<script type=\"text\/javascript\" src=\"http:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/show_ads.js\">\n<\/script><\/div>\n<p><!--\/mfunc--><\/p>\n<p>WGO Revenues for the first nine months of Fiscal 2012 were $419.1 million, an increase of 14.6 percent, compared to $365.9 million for the first nine months of Fiscal 2011.
