GAAP net income for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2012 was $12.1 million, or $0.96 per diluted share, compared with net income of $5.6 million, or $0.45 per diluted share, in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2011.<\/p>\n<p>Non-GAAP net income for the fourth quarter was $16.6 million, or $1.32 per diluted share, compared with $10.3 million, or $0.83 per diluted share, from the fourth quarter of fiscal 2011.<\/p>\n<p>For fiscal 2012, revenues totaled $516.6 million, compared with revenues of $473.6 million in fiscal 2011, up 9%. GAAP net income for fiscal 2012 totaled $43.1 million, or $3.42 per diluted share (includes $8.3 million, or $0.66 per share, net benefit from a tax refund), as compared with $17.8 million, or $1.42 per diluted share, for fiscal 2011.
