(<a href=\"https:\/\/thestockmarketwatch.com\/stock.aspx?stock=MMM\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NYSE: MMM<\/a>) edged down in early trading after the company reported lighter than expected revenue even as earnings were in line with Street\u2019s estimations. The company also downwardly revised its outlook on full-year results as margins are expected to be under pressure due to firmer dollar.<\/p>\n<p>DuPont (<a href=\"https:\/\/thestockmarketwatch.com\/stock.aspx?stock=DD\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NYSE: DD<\/a>) slumped over 7 percent in early trading after the chemical giant reported lighter-than-expected earnings and announced its plans of cutting 1500 jobs in coming months, aimed at improving its competitiveness.<\/p>\n<p>Shares of electronic goods retail chain, RadioShack Corporation (<a href=\"https:\/\/thestockmarketwatch.com\/stock.aspx?stock=RSH\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NYSE: RSH<\/a>) fell nearly 2% in early trading after the company quarterly results missed analysts\u2019 expectations by wide margins.<\/p>\n<p>United Technologies (<a href=\"https:\/\/thestockmarketwatch.com\/stock.aspx?stock=UTX\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NYSE: UTX<\/a>) was nearly flat in early trading after the company reported better-than-expected earnings but revenue fell short of expectations.<\/p>\n<p>Later in the evening, (after the closing bell ring), Facebook Inc. (<a href=\"https:\/\/thestockmarketwatch.com\/stock.aspx?stock=FB\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NASDAQ:\u00a0 FB<\/a>) and Netflix Inc. (<a href=\"https:\/\/thestockmarketwatch.com\/stock.aspx?stock=NFLX\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NASDAQ: NFLX<\/a>) are due to announce quarterly results.<\/p>\n<p>In Europe, all leading benchmark indexes traded in red zone as market sentiment was dented by weak earnings results and further deteriorating of Spain\u2019s economy.
