The underwriters have an option to purchase up to an additional 3,450,000 shares of Class A common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. The Class A common stock is expected to begin trading on the New York <a href=\"http:\/\/www.knowfinance.com\/stock-exchange\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Stock Exchange<\/a> under the symbol \u201cWWAV\u201d on October 26, 2012.<\/p>\n<p>Following the offering, <strong>Dean Foods Company (<a href=\"https:\/\/thestockmarketwatch.com\/stock.aspx?stock=DF\">NYSE: DF<\/a>)<\/strong> will continue to own approximately 86.7% of the economic interest in WhiteWave\u2019s capital stock and approximately 98.5% of the voting power, or approximately 85.0% and 98.3%, respectively, if the underwriters exercise their option to purchase additional shares in full.<\/p>\n<p>J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and BofA Merrill Lynch are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.<\/p>\n<p>A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with, and declared effective by, the U.S. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.knowfinance.com\/u-s-securities-and-exchange-commission\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Securities and Exchange Commission<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About Dean Foods Company &#8211; DF<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dean Foods Company (DF) is a food and beverage company.
