This is a 25% increase from the $0.12 annual dividend declared on November 16, 2011. This marks the fourteenth consecutive year a cash dividend has been declared and the ninth year in a row that the Company has increased its cash dividend.<\/p>\n<p>The dividend will be payable on December 17, 2012 to shareholders of record as of December 3, 2012.
