The Wall Street Journal states that Sterne Agee said it expects a cyclical pricing recovery for coal, driven by favorable inventory trends. (<a href=\"https:\/\/thestockmarketwatch.com\/stock.aspx?stock=COF\">NYSE:COF<\/a>)<\/strong> 56.99 -4.60 (-7.47%) fourth-quarter earnings surged amid strong revenue growth, though earnings and revenue missed analysts&#8217; expectations, owing to higher loan-loss provisions and operating expenses. \u00a0\u00a0Jefferies &amp; Company reiterated its Buy rating on Capital One Financial Corp.
