(<a href=\"https:\/\/thestockmarketwatch.com\/stock.aspx?stock=TRLA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NYSE: TRLA<\/a>) are seeing a huge rally in trading today after the company reported its fourth-quarter and full-year 2012 financial results.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"more-41464\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Key Points<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Trulia reported record fourth-quarter revenue<\/li>\n<li>The company\u2019s total traffic for the fourth quarter rose 50%<\/li>\n<li>New user-generated content contributions rose 84%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pete Flint, CEO of Trulia, said that 2012 was a milestone year for TRLA. Flint said that in 2012, the company helped a record number of consumers find a great place to live, while connecting more than 24,400 subscribers with those transaction-ready consumers. Flint added that the company finished the year on a resounding note, achieving record quarterly revenue, a rapid increase in mobile traffic, and strong subscriber growth.<\/p>\n<p>For the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2012, Trulia reported total revenue of $20.6 million, representing an increase of 75% over the same period in the previous year. The company\u2019s marketplace revenue for the quarter rose 90% on a year-over-year basis, while its media revenue for the quarter rose 51% on a year-over-year basis.<\/p>\n<p>The company\u2019s net loss for the quarter was $1.6 million, or $0.06 per share, compared to $2.1 million, or $0.30 per share reported for the same period in the previous year. Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter was $0.6 million, compared to an EBITDA loss of $0.7 million reported for the same period in the previous year.<\/p>\n<p>For the full-year 2012, TRLA reported total revenue of $68.1 million, up 77% over 2011. Net loss for the full year was $10.9 million, or $0.87 per share.<\/p>\n<p>TRLA shares rose to an all-time high of $29.89 earlier today.
