Strong job data will raise chances that the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.knowfinance.com\/federal-reserve-system-fed\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Federal Reserve<\/a> could start winding down its bond purchase program, sooner-than-expected, which will boost the U.S. dollar.<\/p>\n<p>Widening spreads between treasuries and German bunds and relatively better shape of the U.S. economy compared to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.knowfinance.com\/euro-zone\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">euro zone<\/a> and Japan, have been the key factors behind dollar\u2019s rise in the recent past.<\/p>\n<p>At last check, the euro was up 0.16% to trade at $1.3033.<\/p>\n<p>Analysts, according to Reuters, believe that euro\u2019s gain will be capped as the ECB President Mario Draghi hinted at the continuation of the dovish monetary policy on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>The yen traded sharply lower against the USD dollar though.
