The Studio also swung into fiscal first quarter profit.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"more-46510\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Lion Gate said revenue from television production jumped more than 100% to $131.1 million, aided by success of shows like \u201cOrange Is The New Black\u201d, \u201cNashville\u201d and \u201cAnger Management\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>For the fiscal first quarter ended June 30, Lions Gate posted a net income of $13.6 million or 10 cents a share compared to a net loss of $44.2 million or 33 cents a share, in the year-earlier quarter. The latest quarter included a onetime expenses of $466,000 linked to debt extinguishment.
