This means that post reverse stock split, every two shares of Dean Foods\u2019 common stock will now automatically combined into a 1 share.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"more-46871\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Common stock will start trading on a split adjusted basis from Aug. 27, Tuesday at the New York <a href=\"http:\/\/www.knowfinance.com\/stock-exchange\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Stock Exchange<\/a>. Separately, the Company also reiterated its outlook both for the fiscal third quarter and full-year fiscal.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking to analysts on Monday, the Company\u2019s Chief Financial Officer, Chris Bellairs said that diluted adjusted earnings are expected in the range of 5 cents to 8 cents a share\u00a0 for the fiscal third\u00a0 quarter, which translates into 10 cents to 16 cents on post-reverse stock split basis.<\/p>\n<p>For the fiscal 2013, the Company reaffirmed\u00a0 diluted adjusted earnings of 47 cents to 53 cents a share, which on post reverse stock split basis translates into 94 cents to $1.06 a share..<\/p>\n<p>The Company said that no fractional shares were issued due to the reverse stock split.
