(<a href=\"https:\/\/thestockmarketwatch.com\/stock.aspx?stock=GOOG\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NASDAQ: GOOG<\/a>), Cisco Systems Inc. (<a href=\"https:\/\/thestockmarketwatch.com\/stock.aspx?stock=CSCO\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NASDAQ: CSCO<\/a>) and SAP AG (ADR) (<a href=\"https:\/\/thestockmarketwatch.com\/stock.aspx?stock=SAP\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NYSE: SAP<\/a>), to sell its entire or partial stake.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"more-47699\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Last month, the struggling smartphone maker received a takeover bid from Fairfax Financial Holdings, which is Blackberry\u2019s biggest stakeholder. The private equity firm offered Blackberry $4.7 billion to take it private; nonetheless, doubt persists whether the deal will materialize due to financial problems.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, the Waterloo, Ontario-based company has asked for preliminary expression of interest from several complies, which include, Intel Corp, LG and Samsung Electronics.<\/p>\n<p>However, it is still unclear which party will show interest, Reuters reported.<\/p>\n<p>According to Reuters, many tech firms are interested in buying Blackberry\u2019s secure server network along with its portfolio of patents. However, possible bidders are skeptical over its valuation given the fact that the Company posted a huge quarterly loss, few days ago.<\/p>\n<p>Blackberry has also received expression of interest from some other private equity firms lately, which includes Cerberus Capital Management. Cerberus has asked Blackberry to provide some more financial details about its various business divisions.
