Looking back at the last trading session on <strong>Wednesday, November 26, 2025<\/strong>, the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/stockmarketwatch.com\/indices\/dowjones\/today\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Dow Jones Today\">Dow Jones<\/a> Industrial Average<\/strong> (^DJI) was up <strong>314.67<\/strong> points (<strong>0.6679%<\/strong>), extending a four-session rally. <strong>Dow Futures<\/strong> (YM=F) was down <strong>1.00<\/strong> points (<strong>-0.0021%<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>The primary narrative driving Wednesday&#39;s market performance was growing optimism for potential <strong>Federal Reserve interest rate cuts<\/strong> in December. This sentiment was fueled by recent economic data, including the <strong>Fed&#39;s Beige Book<\/strong> report, which indicated a gradually softening labor market and moderate inflation, increasing expectations for monetary easing.
